WHY CHOOSE CLIFF HILL DAY NURSERY?
We have just been given an ‘Outstanding’ grade by Ofsted.
Our nursery is located on Sandy Walk, just behind Wakefield College and 5 minutes walk from Westgate railway station in a lovely Victorian Grade 2 listed building.
We care for children from 3 months to 5 years old. Our staff team are highly qualified and carefully recruited in line with Wakefield’s Safeguarding Children Partnership guidelines.
We are open all year round (except for bank holidays).
At Cliff Hill Day Nursery we aim to provide a caring, friendly environment where your child is encouraged to follow their own interests, learn at their own pace and have lots of fun whilst doing so.
We deliver a personal and individual approach to your child’s development where your child will engage with others and learn important social skills.
FUNDING AVAILABLE
All three to four years olds are entitled to 15 funded hours and may be eligible to 30 hours. For more information please click here for more details.
Free nursery education can take place in nurseries, playgroups, preschools or at their childminders. Funding starts on the term after a child′s 3rd birthday.
The minimum number of funded hours in any one day is 2.5 hours. The maximum number of funded hours in any one day is 10 hours.
Parents of some two year olds are entitled to free childcare or early education for up to 15 hours per week from the start of the term after the child's second birthday.
